• Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3-7 business days.

• Express options may be available for an additional fee.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

• A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.

• You can use this to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.

• Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss or damage during transit.

• If an item is lost or damaged, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.

• We currently ship within Australia and to the United States.

• Pickup is available from our Rockdale store: Shop 7, 466-476 Princes Highway, Rockdale NSW 2216.

• Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9:30am - 6:30pm and Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm.
