When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2-6 business days within Australia. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Can I Return my product?
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. However, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. If there’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll cover everything!
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
If any part of your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a return or replacement if needed. We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but we’re here to help if anything goes wrong!
