Why Choose Iron Cookware?
Traditional iron cookware is valued for its durability, heat retention and authentic cooking performance. With proper care, an iron Tava can last for many years and often performs better over time as seasoning builds naturally.
Important Note About Iron Cookware
This is traditional raw iron cookware and some handles or handle joints may already show minor rust marks from storage, transport or humidity exposure. This is common with iron cookware and does not affect the safety, strength or performance of the tava.
The cooking surface area itself is safe to use and designed for high heat traditional cooking.
If you wish to remove rust from the handle areas:• Rub gently with steel wool or a scrub pad• Apply a small amount of cooking oil• Heat lightly for a few minutes and wipe clean
With regular use and oil seasoning, the tava naturally develops better protection over time.
